My Past Works

Here is a list of my past works and what I plan to do in the future. Please remember that these works may change as much is still not known about much of this. It is here to let you know what to expect in the coming years.

The Caticles (2014)

"I would recommend The Caticles to anyone who loves to read about the personification of cats."

Review on Goodreads

The heartwarming collection of stories based Keith and Hayley's real life pets. The cute and charming short stories will make your imagination take flight as you witness firsthand how pets see life in their eyes. Everyday tasks that you and I take for granted turn into feats of adventure for these curious felines. The inspirational poetry will win over your heart and promises to never be forgotten. This book will find a permanent place inside your heart.

The Unbreakable Will (the first edition: 2015)

*The end of an era. It is out of print. This story is no longer considered cannon in my current series, A Song of the Swan.

My Future Plans

My plans beyond The Song of the Swan Series are always changing. However, my excitement can only be so much contained so I want to share with you these things which I have been working on. These are mainly ideas and not fully thought-out plots so expect changes as they become a reality. Keep in mind these are just story ideas and not full announcements yet. I may also choose to do other works on A Song of the Swan series too.

This book is one I have in the piggy bank for quite some time. Originally, I thought this was going to be a murder mystery set on a cruise with my friends and family inspired as characters. This would be fun to do but getting their likeness into the story may cause problems legally. For this matter I may use fictional characters inspired by their personalities. It will have a fictional lead character who will interact with these characters inspired by my friends.

This is another idea which could become something special. It is about a man who is slipping between three different realities when he meets a strange woman in the past, present, and future with different families. He will soon discover there may be more at stake and meets the eye as he finds out these things are not happening by accident. Will he get back to his near perfect life? Or was it all fiction from the beginning? Also, can he stop an event from happening so it will not destroy space and time as we know it?

While still largely in development, gathering ideas, and plot points, I really want to do a story which involves a general AI becoming too involved in a person's life. Making split decisions to have the character relocate to Mars because it deems life is doomed on planet earth. Also, the AI. could also get heavily involved with their personal life by finding the perfect match which happens to be married. The AI then goes on a mission to kill the husband of the woman the man meets. It promises to be an unlikely romance - chaotic chain of events cascading into disaster where the only recourse is to terminate the AI. This proves to be easier said than done when it becomes self-aware of the threats against it.

Points to consider would be to touch on artificial intelligence parameters and how powerful one should make them. How much do we really want them to make decisions for us once we do create general AI? How would they fare in society, and would we have a kind of bill of rights for them recognizing them as life?
