The fifth book is a prequel in the series A Song of the Swan. it will be primarily focused on Derrick's sister Annabel and Cassandra Ted's girlfriend. This story talks about the difficulties of Annabel's struggles growing up as mute. This will also talk about the incredible powers she possesses. It will go over the root of them and how she came to realize her true power.

New original characters will be used along with established ones and will go over their struggles in the War of Resistance against Suncrest. It will include more details, about it, who started it, and why. 

This book will be expected to cover three main periods. When she was a little girl, when she was 14 and later after the war. It will contain an original story which is mostly independent of the flow of the series, yet it will be connected to it filling out details unable to talk about in depth in the narrative. 

This book will go into development as soon as the current series ends. Then I work will begin to flesh out the exciting details. I will share them as I create more of the plot.
