I am Gracie, the only daughter of Helen and Micah Venseta who grew up happily by the seashore, until the fateful day when my father was taken from me in a massive car crash that ripped me out of my comfortable life. But will it be enough to battle my ever-growing resentment towards myself, my family, and God? Who can I really trust after going through such a torturous experience, or would it be better if I go on alone forever giving in to the growing abyss threatening to swallow me up and claim me?
